I had no hot water pressure in my home. Plenty of cold water though. It turned out that the batteries on the flood stop had died on the new water heater Sunrise had installed for me. I could have fixed this myself if I'd read the information that came with the flood stop package. But Mitchell was so nice. Not condescending in any way. He even explained other things about the flood stop I wasn't aware of. In addition, he offered to flush my hot heater while he was there instead of me having to make another appointment in a few months. Mitchell was so professional and polite. Very helpful. He talked about different programs Sunrise has to save me money. He arrived at the begining of the two-hour window I was given and stayed until I had no further questions. If Mitchell represents the whole company, I think Sunrise is an excellent plumbing service!
